Almond milk
Almond milk is soy, lactose and dairy-free, so it's suitable for people allergic to soy and cow's milk or who are lactose intolerant.
You can easily make almond milk yourself or look for milk that has higher content of almonds, aim for 10% or higher, without added sweeteners.
When almond milk is exposed to room temperature for an extended period of time (like 24 hours) it will probably go bad, so you should store it in the fridge.
Homemade almond milk does not contain any preservatives, so it will go bad in a matter of a few days, when stored in the fridge. |
