Carambola

Carambola, also known as starfruit, is a delicious exotic fruit.
The yellow carambola is sweeter than the green carambola, which is more acidic.
Select larger carambola for sweetness. Smaller carambola won't be as sweet.
Store carambola in the fridge. It will keep fresh for up to two weeks.
