Passion fruit 

Look for passion fruit with wrinkled skin, indicating it is ripe. Avoid fruit that are light weight and those that are hard.
Leave at room temperature to ripen and then refrigerate.
Scoop out flesh and place in ice cube trays to freeze. After frozen, transfer cubes to airtight containers.
